MiChildSupport is available 24-hours a day and provides case information, including support payments. You may view your child support case online using the secure MiChildSupport website. For additional ReliaCard Visa Debit Card information and associated fees click here. Only the State of Michigan may deposit funds into this account. This card is used as a Visa debit card only. Your child support payments are deposited on a US Bank ReliaCard Visa debit card. There is no pre-authorization or credit check process to receive this card. Mail to the address provided on the form. Print the form, complete the requested information, and sign it.

To have funds deposited into your savings account, you will need to contact your bank to get written verification of your account and routing numbers. You will need to attach a voided personal check to have the funds deposited into your checking account. Print the form, complete the requested information, and sign it. Your Macomb OneCard serves as your Macomb Community College Student ID, library and print/copy card, and is used for tuition and financial aid refunds. If you want to add a photo, see the above paragraph on how to submit a photo to your card.The State of Michigan is required, by law, to send child support payments electronically. Please email and include that requesting a new Macomb OneCard, along with your name and student ID # in the message. Returning students must include in the email that they are requesting a card reorder. If you are a new student, you must submit your photo before registering for classes.
